Required Documents

• Recent colored passport-size photographs (3)
• Copy of student's birth certificate
• Copy of student's vaccination card
• Copy of student's passport with valid residence visa (for non-UAE citizens only)
• Copy of student's UAE I.D. card
• Copy of parent's UAE I.D. card
• Family Book (Kholasat Al Qayd)
• Copy of School reports for the last 2 years to include the most current report
• Copy of recent Standardized Assessment if available (MAP, CAT4, etc.)
• Reports of any previously identified special education needs including Individual Education Plans (IEP/LP's), educational psychologist or other therapist reports
• Transfer Certificate from the previous school

Admissions Process

1. 1Contact the Registrar's Office for admissions questions
2. 2Complete the DAAPS Online Application on the website and submit the Application (Assessment) fee of AED 350 with required documents
3. 3An Assessment/Entrance Interview will be scheduled upon completion of the Application (KG1-KG2 interview and observation; Grade 1-12 CAT4 assessment)
4. 4Student's file is sent to Admissions Committee for review and parents are communicated with within 48 hours
5. 5Students who accept the seat must submit New Student Registration Fee (10% of annual tuition fee) to secure their seat
6. 6Once all documents are submitted and accepted, student is formally enrolled and parents sign the KHDA Parent Contract
