Yes, by default CA requires a student interview supported by appropriate testing to ensure that the student can access our programs and succeed in our school.
Warteliste
Yes there is currently a waiting list, though it also depends on the grade level. As in international school with moving families, we do have new comers or leavers during the school year.

CA has an open admissions timeline and will accept applications throughout the year – however, places for the new school year start to fill in the spring, so applications should be submitted sooner rather than later.

Students have access to iPads and computers located in maker spaces, mobile mini-labs, the library, and in every classroom. CA operates a one to one laptop program for all students from Grades 3 to 12. Specialist staff support teachers in building technology into the curriculum.

We offer PHE across grades, which focuses on physical and health education. We also offer a course for Grade 11 and Grade 12 students called the Science of Wellness.

We are the only Japanese school participating in APAC (Asia Pacific Athletics Conference) which include international competitions in Soccer, Softball, Touch Rugby, Cross Country as well as participation in APAC Theater, Orchestra, Band, Choir and Dance.
We also participate in WJAA for sports in Secondary School and run an Annual Falcon Futsal Cup for Elementary School .

2 libraries, with our main library housing over 20 000 books, a main theater seating with a capacity for over 250 people, Black Box Theater, technology lab for ES Students, design labs, science labs, Japanese tea ceremony room, choir room and band room.
Sportanlagen der Schule
Athletic facilities include two full-size gymnasia, a fitness center with an aerobic zone, two soccer fields, two tennis courts, an outdoor basketball court, and spacious playgrounds for Elementary School and Early Childhood with age-appropriate equipment. Our students also maintain a series of on-campus vegetable gardens.
