According to Ministry of Education regulations new enrollments for residents should be don’t before mid of October, and for new comers from outside of Qatar before end of January , while moving students between schools in Qatar can be accepted until end of February.

Yes, we have a department for learning support with specialists in it including speech therapists.

The learning support team consists of learning support specialist and speech-language therapists. They have both native Arabic and English speakers for all the sessions they provide. The learning support team works in close collaboration with students, parents, teachers and all involved to develop an individualized education plan (IEP) tailored to meet the needs of each student they service. Their services can be provided by pull out sessions or in class support, depending on what is most beneficial for the student.
The learning support specialists assist students in reading, writing and math. They provide students with the basic building blocks to acquire the skills they need to succeed in their classes. The learning support specialist can help the student fill in missing gaps in their education.
The speech-language therapist addresses a student’s difficulty with communication.
