In our interdisciplinary, workshop-style approach, students are often broken up into smaller groups based on their needs and the specific focus of the lesson. This enables more targeted learning and allows teachers to provide individualised support. As a result, even though the maximum class size is 20, students will often experience a more intimate and focused learning environment within these smaller groups, ensuring that they receive the attention and guidance they need to succeed.

Due to our approach, which emphasises flexibility and removes unrealistic expectations such as sitting still for many hours, we will find that many students who may have struggled in other environments truly thrive at Global Minds. Our learning model prioritises engagement, movement, and interdisciplinary activities that keep students actively involved and allow them to learn in ways that suit their individual needs. This approach helps to reduce stress and frustration, empowering students to build confidence and achieve their best. Whether they have special learning needs or simply benefit from a more dynamic and personalised learning environment, our students will flourish in a setting that values their unique strengths.

Our interdisciplinary approach encourages independent learning and critical thinking, providing opportunities for students to go beyond the standard curriculum, choose projects of interest and engage with more advanced concepts. We also foster a collaborative environment where gifted students can work together on challenging projects, develop leadership skills, and refine their abilities in real-world contexts. Additionally, teachers closely monitor the progress of these students and provide tailored challenges to keep them motivated and engaged.
