All students are reviewed by the Admissions and Review Panel (ARP) of the English Schools Foundation. The ARP receives, evaluates and makes placement recommendations regarding applications for entry to learning support classes and the Jockey Club Sarah Roe School.

Reviews can be conducted in school to identify whether the school is appropriate for the child’s needs. If the student is making good progress, recommendations are made to the ARP regarding transfer of the student to a Learning Support Class. If the ARP agrees with the recommendations, the student will be transferred to a Learning Support Class once a place becomes available.

JCSRS provides a quality, inclusive education for pupils with severe learning difficulties and complex needs.
Apoyo al aprendizaje ofrecido
JCSRS plays an important role in meeting the special educational needs of children in the ESF. The multi disciplinary staff consists of highly qualified and experienced teachers, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, a Physiotherapist, Registered Music Therapist and a nurse.
