英語ネイティブ教師の在籍
Our strategy is to hire the best teachers, chosen carefully based on qualifications, experience, and demonstrable language proficiency, regardless of their mother tongue.
英語非ネイティブ生徒への語学サポート
We recognize that English is not the mother tongue for most of our students. These students may receive additional language support in English, particularly in the areas of reading comprehension and written expression.
This may simply take the form of appropriate differentiation, where teachers tailor instruction to meet individual needs (differentiate content, process, products, or the learning environment), it also may include extra lessons from a Learning Support.

学習サポートの内容
We recognize the value of differentiated learning for students with special needs. We understand that every student is different and differentiated strategies enable them to meet outcomes. Students with special needs may be accompanied by guardians. Adaptations are defined as strategies and/or resources for accommodating the learning needs of an individual student. These are planned, implemented, regularly evaluated, and specified in individual plans.
