学習サポートの内容
Our C.A.R.E Programme stands for Creating Awareness and Resilience in Education. It is the umbrella framework for our Multi-Tiered System of Support, which includes amongst other things, the Special Educational Needs Department.
The objective of this programme is to promote tolerance, celebrate diversity and offer support to our students emotionally, academically, socially, physically and behaviourally. Through our systems of support, student welfare is prioritised for every child on their academic journey.
The Student Support Services are responsible for the well-being of our students with learning difficulties, in vulnerable states or at academic risk. A school-wide approach is used to create support teams of teachers, counsellors, psychologists, and other specialists who work to assess, implement and monitor student support and interventions.
Our services help families with children that have learning difficulties such as dyslexia and dysgraphia; with impairments or difficulties such as ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder; students at academic risk and in need of remedial or intensive support; students of concern; and students with emotional or behavioural difficulties.
