Admissions test. Applicants from outside of Jordan can fulfill our testing requirement by submitting score reports for a standardized test such as the SSAT, PSAT, SAT, ACT, MAP, or ISEE. Students coming from the national Jordanian curriculum will be required to take the TOEFL Jr. and a standardized math test offered by King’s Academy as an alternative to the SSAT requirement.

Muslim students are required by the Jordan Ministry of Education to take Islamic Studies. Muslim students have the option to attend Friday prayers. Christian students also have the option to attend weekly church services.

King’s Academy collaborates with its peer schools in Jordan through the Amman Athletic Conference (AAC). The AAC comprises 11 schools in the Greater Amman area. Throughout the year, the Lions (King's Academy teams) host teams from Jordan and countries around the region. Interscholastic sports include basketball, cross country, soccer, squash, swimming, tennis, track and field and volleyball. King’s Academy also offers a host of other athletic activities such as badminton, dance, fencing, horseback riding, rock climbing, rugby and weight training.
