入学評価の簡単な説明
4+ Entry: We assess school readiness in a group setting, observing early learning skills and social interaction. These assessments are standardised according to each child’s age.
7+ Entry: Candidates sit written papers in English and Mathematics. Those invited to the second round spend a day in school, taking part in lessons and activities.
11+ Entry: Candidates complete written papers in English and Mathematics. Around half are then invited back for an interview with a member of the academic team, during which some English and Maths tasks are explored in an informal, conversational setting.
16+ Entry: Candidates sit three subject papers, based on the subjects they wish to study for A Level or Higher Level IB. Those invited to the next stage take part in short, subject-specific interviews as well as a general academic interview.
Registrations usually open in May and close in October for 4+, 7+ and 16+ and mid November for 11+. Registrations and assessments take place in the year before entry to the school.
学年開始後の入学受け入れ
Occasionally, a place may become available in a year group, and we then invite girls on our occasional place waiting list to take part in assessments. Families may register their interest by completing the form available on our website. When a place arises, we will contact those on the list to arrange the relevant assessments.
