Yes, we do - CAT4 and our internal English, Math and Science assessment if we deem necessary.
入学評価の簡単な説明
Students will have to sit for a CAT4 Assessment and if necessary, an English, Maths and Science paper before enrolling. We will invite the parents and students to come in after the assessment and we will go through in detail with both the parties. If there are some concerns, we will stipulate an action plan with them.

Our school is in a safe and secure environment where uninvited guests / strangers may not enter without permission. We do not have supervised care but students specifically but they are able to wait inside the school for their transport to arrive. In the mornings, there is a drop off / pick up point where teachers are stationed.

We avoid excessive use as students still prefer text- and workbooks and to reduce screen fatigue. Some examples of using technology is during robotics, coding, electronic music, composing, and newsletter publications.

Yes, if there is another pandemic. Our teachers are all comfortable with technology.

No, but Bible study and Islamic classes are available (optional) outside of regular school hours.

Here are some of our ECAs : Guitar Classes (acoustic / electric), Bass Guitar Classes, Ukulele Classes, Archery, Fencing, Yoga Classes, Taekwondo Classes, Vocal/Singing Classes and Drum Classes.

Not yet (as in competing against other schools) - It is in the pipe line. Although we have internal tournaments where our students can compete against each other (individually or team). During our SISS Sports Day we let our students be exposed to the wonderful sport of Pentathlon - guided by Coach Noraseela Mohd Khalid - our Malaysian Olympic pride - 400 meter hurdles.

We have a Library, Science Lab, Art room, extensive Library, Lounge Rooms for the students, an electrical Music Room and an acoustic Music Room, Electronic composing Music Room, Leisure Hall, Dance Room, Amphitheater, chill deck, lounge, sick bay, cafetaria and more.

We bring the students to various sports places - SISS is a city campus. The students have swimming once a week, and then on another day it is often ball sports.

We need to assess whether we can help these students or whether we need to refer them to a more specialised school (mostly smaller class sized schools) as we are not a specialist on special needs. If we can work with the students, we will do our best to communicate with the student and parents on a regular basis to support the students' need, and with any other developmental specialist that the student may have outside of school.

If possible, they will have more challenging work and assignments, they can coach the other students if they need guidance. But they will remain doing group work as much as possible, to enhance their ability to work in a team.
