5Get ready to study abroad once study permit is approved

At UIS, we offer many different clubs. These include: science club, book club, yoga club, media club, board game club, and a sports club.

This course equips students with the knowledge and skills they need to make healthy choices now and lead healthy, active lives in the future. Through participation in a wide range of physical activities, students develop knowledge and skills related to movement competence and personal fitness that provide a foundation for active living.
Students also acquire an understanding of the factors and skills that contribute to healthy development and learn how their own well-being is affected by, and affects, the world around them. Students build their sense of self, learn to interact positively with others, and develop their ability to think critically and creatively

We offers Advanced Placement® (AP®) programs to high school students. The goal is to connect students to college success through allowing them to take college classes while still in high school.
Urban International School has launched asynchronous learning through a program called UHUB. All credits are granted by Urban International School, but this program allows the freedom for students to study anywhere and anytime they would like.
We have basketball and hockey teams, as well as their annual sports competitions.
