Technology is integrated throughout the learning ethos of the school. Students are encouraged to explore technological mediums to enhance their learning and to express themselves. The school has a 3D printer that can be used for projects, and students have access to a variety of creative tools. As an IB school with a robust activities programme, UWC Thailand International School also offers a number of activities for students to explore after school, including videography, photography, coding and robotics.

UWCT offers a fantastic programme, with over 150 activities available per week for its students, including expanded offerings in student-led activities, drama, sailing, STEAM and sports. Through the school’s Extra-Curricular Activities, students are able to train within high-performance programmes, including tennis, swimming, and triathlon.

5 sports are officially offered at the school through budgetary support. Basketball, Football, Running, Swimming, and Volleyball.

Together with UWC Thailand's next-door neighbour, Thanyapura, students have access to facilities for football, basketball, track and field, swimming, fitness, triathlon, Muay Thai, and tennis. Meanwhile, UWC Thailand's campus location—surrounded by national parks, lush green mountains, and beautiful beaches—allows UWC Thailand to take advantage of the great outdoors with activities and sports like kayaking, mountain biking, hiking/orienteering, and sailing.

Yes. The Learning Support Department provides students with the opportunity and encouragement to flourish within their environment.

Students at UWCT are part of an inclusive learning community that is both respectful and accepting. UWCT acknowledges that each child has their own unique strengths, educational approaches, and learning styles. Classroom teachers collaborate with the Learning Support specialists, parents, and students to develop strategies and programmes that assist learners in meeting their goals. Students receive support in class and through pull-out support, depending on each student’s needs.

UWC Thailand has an Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist, and qualified Learning Support Teachers.
