The teaching pedagogies (Montessori, Feuerstein, Gattegno and Freinet) used at the efim take into account special needs and allow the children to learn at their own pace. The director of education considers individual needs and takes actions accordingly, liaising with speech pathologist, psychologists, etc. when required.

The education approach of efim allows the children to learn at their own pace, taking into account their needs and sensitivity.
