Admissions Process

1. 1Parents apply for a place at Lighthouse
2. 2Introductory meeting with Director and Pupil Monitoring Coordinator
3. 3School informs about the school and admission procedure
4. 4Based on parent information and supporting assessments/documentation, decision is made on viability
5. 5If suitable, parents complete relevant application forms
6. 6Parents sign authorization statement for Lighthouse to request reports from other institutions
7. 7Additional inquiries and assessments may be completed by Lighthouse Assessment Team
8. 8Request for placement addressed to SPPOH team of experts
9. 9SPPOH makes decision and issues toelaatbaarheidsverklaring if positive
