• Standardized Test Results (Achievement tests, previous MAP scores, SAT/PSAT, etc.)

• Enrollment Agreement Contract

Admissions Process

1. 1Submit completed application (one per student)

4. 4Complete intake testing (MAP test) for placement determination

6. 6Complete English Language Development testing if applicable
