Jerudong International School

Jerudong International School (JIS) is a vibrant community of 1660 day and boarding students from 45 nationalities, ages 2 - 18 years. We have more than 180 teachers, primarily British. We are an academically selective school following the British International School system (iGCSE, A Levels, IB Diploma or BTEC). Our school is an IB World School and an HMC School. In February 2023, JIS received the COBIS Patron's Accreditation, the first international school worldwide to receive Beacon Status in 3 standards: Student Welfare, Boarding, and Extracurricular Activities. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and well-rounded education to our students, and we are incredibly proud of this achievement. In January 2023 JIS was a finalist in the Sustainability category at the International School Awards 2023, following our Global Eco Schools Green Flag Award in July 2022. Sustainability is a core part of our school ethos, and we are dedicated to educating our students on the importance of environmental issues and empowering them to take meaningful actions to make a difference.
