Small class sizes: Education isn’t a one size fits all. It needs to be adaptable. Agile. Relevant. Small class sizes mean that teachers can give students time. Time builds confidence. Time builds knowledge. Time builds success.2. Relationships: Our teachers love our students. They take the time to invest in them as individuals. They aren’t just another student in the class. Their presence is valued, welcomed and celebrated. Our teachers are concerned with building knowledge and academic success, but they are also here to support our students with anything.3. Collaborative community: We share perspectives, value opinions, learn and improve from our mistakes and are constantly aiming higher. Just as our students grow and evolve, so does our school and so does the way we operate.
