Trial Classes are conducted for students in Pre-School as well as Year 1 and 2. These classes are used to assess the students ability to learn and socialise within students of the same age group whilst assessing their reading and ability to count Year 3 to Year 11 students will undergo a Cognitive Abilities Test (CAT4). It is a diagnostic assessment that is designed to help students and their teachers understand how they learn and what their academic potential might be. It assesses how students think in areas that are known to make a difference to learning

There is a Smart Board and a Chromebook readily available for students to use and we continuously explore options of hybrid learning

Yes, we use Microsoft Teams as a platform for online learning. We also aim to accommodate live streaming of classes where possible and where there is a need

We have a Special Education Needs coordinator who assesses students with learning needs and subsequently makes recommendations as to our ability to provide the care and support that befits both the students with learning needs and the other students in the school

The Special Education Needs coordinator is on hand to monitor and assess students progress and the school allows shadow teachers to be on campus (upon clearing the necessary background checks for safeguarding purposes)
