Our busy school day starts at 8:20 AM when our doors open. Nursery: Children should ideally arrive by 8:30 AM so as to be ready for registration by 9:00 AM. Primary school: Children should arrive by 8:20 AM so as to be ready for registration and the start of lessons at 8:30 AM.

Yes, we offer wraparound childcare on site from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Yes, we are dedicated to providing healthy and nutritious meals made from scratch on site for children during their time spent at school.

We use virtual classrooms to share relevant information and teaching resources to support the children teaching and learning. During the COVID-19 lockdowns we ensured our pupils were supported in navigating these challenging times but also succeeded academically by opening virtual classrooms for all the year groups. If we ever need to return to home learning, we are equipped to support our pupils in the best possible way.

The school is secular and all faiths are respected.

To complement and enhance our broad bilingual curriculum, we provide a wide variety of opportunities that promote academic, creative, physical and community achievement. These include: individual music lessons, whole school performances and concerts, educational trips, forest school for EYFS, visitors and workshops in school, breadth of extra-curricular activities, etc. After school clubs We offer clubs in both languages: from yoga, to ballet, from puppetry to video-making, from football to cooking, tap dancing, Lego robotics, Journaling and Chess.

Two hours of PE per week for all the classes, including Nursery run by specialised teachers, done alternatively in school and at the park. Swimming lessons are organised at the local swimming pool.

For children needing extra support in either of the two languages, we provide additional sessions with specialist Italian/English as an additional language teachers and teaching assistants.

Our teachers receive regular training on special educational needs and neuro diversity. We have a trauma-informed approach that enables students to manage anxiety and we have an inclusion and wellbeing room for timetabled therapy and relaxation sessions.

Por research-based pedagogy makes our ambitious both inclusive and challenging through careful sequencing, cross-curricular links and retrieval practice informed by formative assessment. We provide the space for deeper exploration and understanding. We also arrange enrichment activities that gifted students can carry out by themselves at their desks.
