Teachers use laptops and tvs for demonstrations, and we use an adaptive online program to ensure great progress is made in Math & English.

No there aren't any specific religious practices at school, but the students do learn about a variety of religious holidays as they come around - not specifically as a strict teaching point (about religion), rather it's great for kids to understand the various holidays that occur throughout the year.

Religious background is not something openly discussed, though we do try to celebrate all belief systems, to try and encourage inclusiveness and tolerance.

Soooo many different nationalities! We love how kids from around the world can become best buddies instantly, it's beautiful to see

It changes a lot, but overall the most common nationalities we've had are Australian, Dutch and German.

Unfortunately we rarely are graced with local, Indonesian/Balinese students - for the most part they attend local national schools.

There is a daily active session where students learn and practice parkour-style movement. The active session teacher is available during break time and lunch time (very popular teacher!)

The language of instruction is English. Most of our teachers are local Indonesian nationals, totally fluent in English, while the head-teacher is a native English speaking British-Canadian.

We have a very flexible and more relaxed approach so there isn't any pressure on students who aren't fluent in English. They very quickly pick up English simply by making friends and having fun, starting off communicating on a basic level and this boosts their confidence. Language acquisition is very rapid when this happens.

There are "Indonesian Language and Culture" lessons where students learn some Bahasa Indonesia while also learning interesting stuff about Bali and Indonesia.

No but we are inclusive for students with mild neurodivergent - there are often students with ADHD or slight autism. We allow students to come for a trial and if they are happy in the program and it works, then we move forward from there.
