MESC students participate in Volleyball, Basketball, Football and Swimming. They compete in a number of tournaments throughout the region, such as CISSA (Cairo International Schools Sports Association) tournaments locally against other international schools, and ISAC (International Schools Activities Conference) tournaments against international schools around the Middle East.
