We are a Google for Education School with a Google for Education Certified Trainer within our staff.
We take a dynamic approach to the use of technology in the classroom, where our primary focus is to harness the power of IT to enhance and enrich learning. We firmly believe that technology is a valuable tool that should serve as a catalyst for growth and innovation.
Within classrooms, technology is carefully integrated to ensure maximum benefit. Great consideration is given to the inclusion of technology as one of many options available to our learners and devices are just one tool in our holistic approach to growth and achievement.
As an IB school, built into our curriculum is a commitment to equipping children with the appropriate skills and experience to thrive in a digital age. Our primary learners benefit from a broad, specialised digital literacy curriculum which places an emphasis on safety, health and wellbeing, as well as familiarity with devices. This continues as students move into the secondary school where digital literacy ise embedded as part of the advisory programme.
Students from Grade 3 and above are required to bring their own devices to school as part of our Bring Your Own Device initiative. Classrooms are well equipped with interactive whiteboard/projector and speakers and teachers make use of iPads and pencils in some areas.
Overall, our approach to technology has, at its core, a belief that technology is a powerful tool to foster and enrich learning, creativity and curiosity. We strive to achieve a balance between the traditional and the digital, which will allow our learners to flourish in a rapidly changing world.

A wide range of afterschool Extra-curricular Activities (ECA) are offered each term including football, arts and crafts, music, basketball, golf, netball, table tennis, multisport, dance, Lego, choir, Languages (Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Arabic...), Cooking, Construction, Gardening, Coding, Sewing, Storytelling, Chess, Jewellery Making, VR Club, Newspaper Club, Website Design.
Our on-site ECA clubs run from 14.35 until 15.30. They are available to book within the first week of each term.
