Yes. Incoming new students have to schedule an interview with our Admissions Officer where they will be evaluated through both oral and written assessments to diagnose their academic readiness and English skills before being accepted into our school.

The evaluation includes testing for student's English proficiency through both an oral interview and reading test, a written reading test, a writing evaluation, and a Math test.
There is a waiting list for certain grade levels, pending the number of students enrolled in that specific grade.

We have teachers on duty starting from 7:00 A.M in the morning until 3:15 P.M. in the afternoon. Students are allowed to remain inside the school campus until 5:00 P.M.

Technology is integrated regularly in our everyday learning environment. We teach our students to use their tablet/computer for reading, research, doing collaborative projects, making e-portfolios, utilizing Google classroom, and in many other ways in order to make sure they are well equipped for the 21st century.

BCIS is a Christian school but we accept students from all religious backgrounds and faiths. We do have weekly chapels and Bible classes.

Although we teach Christian values and character traits to our students, BCIS does not mandate that anyone has to follow a particular religious belief or philosophy. We also show high respect and cater to other religions specific needs (such as food restrictions, etc.) when requested.

Our school provide over 20 different extracurricular activities and clubs for our students to choose from. We are also a member of Thailand International Schools Activities Conference where students can participate in a wide variety of sports, performing arts, and academic activities. We have monthly House Team activities that promote team building and cooperation through a wide variety of sports and academic activities.

Our main sports includes Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Track and Field and Badminton. We also have athletics events and special dodgeball and futsal competitions periodically throughout the year. We have an annual sports day as well.

Our school is an active member of TISAC (Thailand International School Activities Conference), which offers our students not only a chance to participate in various sport competitions and sports seasons with other international schools in Bangkok, but also include other types of activities such as music, art and dance competition as well.

We also have certified teaching assistants to monitor and support students with special needs.
