No we don't require entry exams. Some students who are identified to require additional support may be invited to attend a trial day with an assessment in math and literacy, to determine the level of support required upon enrollment.

We have about 25 activities offered every term, and the exact classes change termly. Favorites tend to include Wrestling, field hockey, Innovation Interns, Poetry Club, Photography or Chess Club.

About 20% of our students are exceptionally gifted (two years or more ahead of their age in one or more subject). We have a learning extension program and customized programming, in addition to differentiation within the classroom. Students who qualify may choose to work with the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (CTY) for math.
