Prekindergarten to Grade 2 assessments will take place with the elementary school counselor or teacher, and/or English as a Second Language (ESL) specialist prior to an acceptance decision being made. Depending on the age and grade level of your child, the assessment will vary from readiness skills, to a math, reading, and writing assessment. An assessment to determine your child's level of English may also be given. Middle school students applying for Grades 6 through 8 will be asked to sit the MAP (Measurement of Academic Progress) assessment, for both mathematics and reading comprehension, as well as provide a written essay.High school students applying for Grades 9 through 12 will be asked to sit the MAP (Measurement of Academic Progress) assessment in reading comprehension, a mathematics placement exam, as well as provide a written essay.

学習サポートの内容
Admission for students needing limited support will be determined on a case by case basis, and is dependent upon whether a particular student's needs match the level of support available. ASD does not offer the full continuum of special education programs as mandated by law for public schools in the United States. ASD has limited resources to support students who, due to severe disabilities (i.e. learning, physical, and/or behavioral), require major staffing, curricular, or assessment modifications.
