Rygaards International School

The Danish department starts at 8:00 and the International department starts at 9:00. This can vary for different classes.

We have an after school club for students in the Danish kindergarten class to 3rd grade and the International Year 1 to Year 4.

Smartboards in the class rooms, and students' own laptops. There is also a Robotics club, run by one of the teachers.

Yes. During lockdown we used Teams primarily for online lessons.

They have religion as a subject, where they are introduced to the major religions, and some of the minor ones. The school itself is a Catholic school.

Students of all religions are welcome at Rygaards International School.

There are several after school clubs that are teacher led. We also work with an after school club, that have various activities around the school campus.

Physical education covers a variety of different sports, and then some classes have swiming.

The Primary school participates in the DISN Cross Country Race, and students from both departments participates in the school football tournement.

Rygaards International School has a learning resources center that caters to all the students in the school. There is also a physics lab and a biology lab, the school kitchen, and other specialized workshop rooms.

We have two gymnasiums on campus.

There are support teachers for those students who need it.
