Middle and Upper School starts at 8.35 a.m. Lower School starts at 9 a.m.

Middle and Upper School classes conclude at 4 p.m. After 4 pm students are given the option to take an afternoon program that ends at 5:30 p.m.

At Brewster, we know the important role technology plays nowadays in our daily lives. That is why our classrooms are equipped with last generation technology such as iPads, interactive screens or laptops that foster participation and learning. On the other hand, we have a very rigorous policy about phone restrictions in class for upper school students (14-18).

No, we opt for 100% face-to-face teaching.

For Art: Chorus, dance, drama, improv, musical theater, jazz dance and movement. We have different activities such as chess, debate, Model UN, Yearbook club, Business and marketing, college prep, Strength & Injury Prevention, Math Games/SAT Support and service opportunities.

Physical education is required of all students. K-5 has scheduled physical education class 2x per week. Where 6-12 has to partake in a physical activity here at school 2x per week or has to participate in an outside club sport at least 2x per week. The physical activities that we offer are: basketball, soccer, lacrosse, yoga, pilates, running club, ping-pong and mini golf.

Volleyball team, soccer team and basketball team. We currently compete in some invitational events locally (Track & field, Spring 2024) but will expand in the following years.

We have a library, a theater room, a music room, a laboratory, an infirmary, a computer room, etc.

Yes, we have academic support for students who have difficulties such as dyslexia, ADD, ADHD, etc.

If a student has any special needs such as those mentioned above, a rigorous procedure is followed where a member of personnel coordinates with the school psychologist and teachers to provide the support they need.
