Trial day and entry assessment for primary and Interview and entry assessment for Secondary and Sixth Form. Entry into Sixth Form is dependent on results of assessments taken in the previous academic year.

Students who are five years and older should have some previous knowledge of English and they will have a trial day and entrance assessments. Students who are 11 years or older should have a working knowledge of English and they have a personal interview and entry exam. Entrance assessments are cognitive ability tests so are not based around a set curriculum. There is also a written English proficiency test. For students who are unable to reach the levels expected in the English proficiency tests and/or interview, we offer an Intensive English Support programme to access the school. In this case, students receive several hours of English support each day, depending on the need, until they are assessed to have a level of proficiency meaning they can access the curriculum in English.

We understand that families can be transferred at any time of the year so we do accept children during the school year. However, each case will be studied on an individual basis.

We offer a Breakfast Club which allows for parents to drop their children at school early (between 8:00 and 9:00 each school day). We provide a healthy breakfast under the supervision of our staff.

We have our own kitchen and school dining room, with age appropriate menus planned according to the different age groups of the children. The menus are created by nutritional specialists and supervised by the school management. We strive for variety, quality and balance.

25 students per class, except in Pre-Nursery where there are 18 and IB Diploma with 20 students maximum per class

St. George is a non religious school.

65% of our students are Spanish and the remainder come from all over the world. Currently, there are 45 nationalities in the school.

Every day we offer a range of different activities depending on the age of the students. Most activities run from 16:45-17:45 each day onsite although there is more flexibility in this as students progress through the school. We have well developed sports, voluntary service and music programmes, with a range of different activities available, as well as other creative-or skills based offerings. As students move up through the school, activities become more focussed through our Duke of Edinburgh Award (ages 14-18) and CAS (Sixth Form) programmes.

Our teachers are all qualified and are native English speakers. They are committed and dedicated professionals, enthusiastic about their subjects.

Our team supports and advices pupils and their families and carries out specific tests at key stages in the pupils ́ development. There is also a pastoral team and who guarantees the welfare and the respect to the school values.

We have a learning support team who help and advise students and their families and who carefully monitor the development of our students throughout their time with us, including support programmes for IGCSE and IB Diploma examinations. They write and develop individual education plans for students in consultation with their teachers where there is an identified need. We have a team of professionals working outside the school with whom we liaise and recommend referrals if the learning need necessitates it. There is also a pastoral team and personal tutors through all stages of the school who support the well-being of our students and provide guidance using our school values.
